Samsung Galaxy A16: Comes with a 6.7-inch screen and IP54 certification

The Samsung Galaxy A16 screen is designed as a 90Hz FHD+ AMOLED. So much so that the waterdrop notch design continues to be used even in 2024. One of the biggest advantages of the new model is that the device has an IP54 certification. In other words, we see that the phone will have a certain resistance to dust and water, which was not available in the Galaxy A15 models.

In addition, the Galaxy A16 is expected to come with a triple rear camera system that includes a 50MP main camera, a 5MP wide-angle camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. The device will be powered by a 5,000 mAh battery and will support 25W fast charging. However, there will be no charging adapter in the box.

The new model is expected to be launched in Europe for a price under 250 euros. The new Galaxy A16 series may waive the 3.5 mm headphone jack, but the USB-C port will be standard. On the processor side of the device, there will be a 2.2 GHz octa-core processor. It is rumored that this processor could be the MediaTek Helio G99.

The new A16 model will definitely be a striking option in the affordable price segment with its large screen, water resistance, and powerful battery.
